BIO:

Norman Nie is the director of the SIQSS, a former chair of the University of Chicago Department of Political Science, and is also co-founder of SPSS Inc., a producer of statistical software and

analytic solutions. His current research focuses on time spent for Internet use, and issues of the Internet and society more broadly.
