Healthy Joints for Life

Passing age 30 usually means increasing joint aches and pains - and the majority of people over 45 has to deal with some degree of osteoarthritis, most commonly in knees, hips, lower back, shoulders and/or neck. In this lively and informative seminar, Katy Matthews, MPH, will discuss the effects of aging on the joints, the nature of arthritis, how to deal with pain and limitations,and how to live a more healthy, productive, and comfortable life through self-management skills.
