Storyteller Noa Baum, an Israeli who began a heartfelt dialogue with a Palestinian woman while living in the United States, weaves together their memories and their mothers' stories.

Each story gives a different personal perspective of:

A Palestinian living under Israeli occupation, as a university student and ten year old

A nine year old Israeli s experience of the 1967 war

A young Palestinian mother s memory of the same war

A young Israeli student s story of the 1948 war and the loss of her brother
