Fall Tech Express: IT Services Site Authority

Department users of the IT Services Site can have up to five different levels of access on the site. Come get an overview of how the site is used, and how the features on the site equate to levels of access. The process by which department users gain access to the site will also be reviewed. Key features of the site include the ability to view, print, or download the monthly statement, place orders for IT services, and produce 'service profiles' for departmental employees.
