Recognition and Management of Chronic Medical Problems in Aging Adults

The most common health problems of older adults are related to chronic disease. Older adults are living longer and experience mental and physical health issues that can cause them to lose their independence if not managed effectively. This talk will focus on ways to recognize these chronic conditions and solutions for effective management.
