Science & Dimensions of Wellness

Your well-being is your most precious asset. In this course, you will learn the science behind well-being and learn to make better lifestyle choices in stress management, nutrition, and physical movement. You will receive personalized one-on-one support, practical advice and motivation to help you take charge of your wellness. The program includes: online health risk assessment; clinical measurement options related to cardiovascular disease prevention and weight management; three interactive group sessions on fitness, nutrition/weight management, and healthy aging; and a personalized wellness plan with five weeks of wellness coaching.
