You will receive personalized one-on-one support, practical advice and motivation to help you take charge of your wellness. The program includes: online health risk assessment; clinical measurement options related to cardiovascular disease prevention and weight management; three interactive group sessions on fitness, nutrition/weight management, and healthy aging; and a personalized wellness plan with five weeks of wellness coaching.
