Alternative Transportation for Health

If you've wanted to try something other than drive your car to work, but haven't been able to put that desire into action, come to this class and learn an effective, gradual way to make the change. Whether the change involves taking mass transit, biking, or carpooling, learn to get organized and overcome barriers for whichever option you choose. The payoffs are many - more exercise, less stress, less pollution, and less money spent. You could start with once a month. Instructor Jane Rothstein, LCSW, HIP Coordinator of Environmental Behavior Change. Parking & Transportation TDM Coordinator and the Biking Coordinator will be present to provide resources.
