Joy Williamson, Assistant Professor in the Stanford School of Education and author of the book Black Power on Campus, will speak as part of the Catholic Community's ongoing Centennial Speakers Series. Her talk entitled "My Lord Delivered Daniel, Then Why Not Every Man?": African Americans, Religion, and Liberation promises to be an engaging lecture in celebration of Black History Month.
