Anthony Wagner is Professor of Psychology at Stanford University.

The lecture will be followed by a screening:

The Sin of Nora Moran by Phil Goldstone, 1933, 64 min.

Awaiting her execution, Nora Moran finds herself revisiting her past. Arrayed in a series of flashbacks, Miss Moran recalls her rape and the murder for which she has taken the fall. This independent film influenced Orson Welles' Citizen Kane.
