The United States and North Korea: Danger Ahead

The Asia-Pacific Research Center is pleased to announce the recipient of this year's Shorenstein Journalism Award, Donald Oberdorfer. Mr. Oberdorfer, is the Journalist-in-Residence at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University and was the diplomatic correspondent, Washington Post for 17 years.

Mr. Oberdorfer will give a talk on "The United States and North Korea: Danger Ahead"

The award is jointly given by the Walter H. Shorenstein Forum for Asia-Pacific Studies at the Asia-Pacific Research Center, Stanford University and the Joan Shorenstein Center for Press, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University.
