Stanford Engineers Without Frontiers (EWF) will have its seventh meeting and lecture of the 2003-04 school year. This week,
Dr. Gary Schoolnik will present a very interesting aspect of infectious diseases in the developing world with "Cholera: a paradigm for infectious diseases in developing countries". He will describe the disease cycle and highlight the critical points where the cycle can be broken and infection reduced.
Dr. Schoolnik is part of the Stanford Department of Medecine, in Microbiology and Immunology.
