Mexico in Film Series - ¡Vive el cine mexicano!

As part of the celebrations of the Bicentennial of the beginning of Mexico's fight for Independence and the Centennial of the Revolution, Cine+Mas SF, the Consulate General of Mexico in San Jose, the San Jose Public Library, Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, the Center for Latin American Studies at Stanford University and National Hispanic University Present the series “Mexico In Film- !Vive el Cine Mexicano!” which includes the most important and influential films of Mexican film including films from the Mexican Golden Age of Cinema.

Bolivar House will be screening a series of four films from Mexico's Golden Age of Cinema, on Tuesdays at 4:30 pm beginning April 13th.

April 13: La Perla (The Pearl)

April 20: Flor Silvestre (Wildflower)

April 27: Bugambilia

May 4: Pueblerina (Paloma)
