Education Panel

The panel will discuss School Vouchers and School Choice programs. Professor Terry Moe of the Hoover Institution, a well known advocate of school vouchers, and Professor Martin Carnoy of the Education Department, an expert on comparative education systems will argue the respective cases for and against the voucher program. A question and answer session will follow.
