Richard Yarborough is currently an associate professor of English at UCLA. The associate general editor of the Heath Anthology of American Literature, he is also the general editor of Northeastern University Press's "Library of Black Literature" reprint series. He has received UCLA's Distinguished Teaching Award, as well as fellowships from the Ford Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities and Stanford's Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences. *MONDAY LECTURE!
