Marsh, Vincent, & Lage

The trio of George Marsh, Randy Vincent and Julian Lage uses an unusual two-guitar and drums alignment to create striking, exquisite music of surging and shifting melodies, shifting rhythms, and instrumental role reversals. Drum maestro George Marsh has performed with artists as diverse as Chuck Berry, Joe Henderson and the Kronos Quartet. Randy Vincent, an accomplished teacher and musician, has played with Bobby Hutcherson, George Cables, even Dizzy Gillespie. Guitarist and composer Julian Lage is an outright prodigy. Still only 16, Lage has already performed with a who's who of jazz masters. Together, they produce a multi-hued, improvisational river of sound.
