The Killing of a Peace Activist: A TRIBUTE TO RACHEL CORRIE

On March 16, 2003, 23 year-old Rachel Corrie, a nonviolent peace activist, was killed when an Israeli soldier bulldozed her as she was trying to prevent the demolition of a physician's home in Palestine.

This event, which will be attended by her parents, Cindy & Craig Corrie, will attempt to honor her memory, selflessness and courage.

Her parents continue to campaign against the illegal demolition of homes in the West Bank and Gaza strip by the state of Israel.

Rachel Corrie's sacrifice will never be forgotten.
