Journalism Symposium on "The Press Since September 11" with David Remnick, editor of The New Yorker magazine, and other panelists

David Remnick, editor of The New Yorker magazine, will take part in a discussion of the issues raised in his May 17 lecture, "The Press Since September 11." The symposium will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 18 in the Schwab Center. Remnick will be joined by Joann Byrd, former ombudsman of the Washington Post, David Kennedy, Stanford professor of history and David Talbot, founder of Salon.com. Raul Ramirez, news and public affairs director of KQED-FM in San Francisco will moderate the discussion.
