Practitioner Navigator: Plotting your Optimum Health

Do you ever wonder how to prepare for your next doctors visit? What questions should you ask? Should you bring anything with you? What should you know and how can your doctor be most helpful? Are you current on all your preventive services? When should you seek an acupuncturist, osteopath, naturopath, and integrative or functional physician? This workshop will help you develop your own personal health record workbook. Organizing key information, setting expectations and formulating the right questions will help you partner with your doctor for better health. We will also outline several different kinds of physician services outside of conventional medicine, what to expect and how to prepare for such visits.
Instructor: Nicole Peoples, OD, Internal Medicine physician specializing in women's wellness through integrative medicine approaches.
