Cantor Arts Center Tours on July Fourth
The Cantor Arts Center will be OPEN on Sunday, July 4th, and docents will be giving TOURS:

Introducing the Cantor Arts Center: Features a sampling of objects from various eras and cultures - Sunday at 1 pm.

Auguste Rodin: surveys the Center's outstanding collection of Rodin bronzes, both in the sculpture garden and in the galleries -Sunday at 3 pm.

Campus Sculpture Walk: Explores the Stanford Campus and its extensive outdoor collection of 20th-century sculpture - Sunday at 2 pm, rain or shine; tour lasts about one-and-a half-hours. Meet at the Main Quad entrance where The Oval meets Serra Street.Most tours last 60 minutes. The campus outdoor art tours take 1 1/2 hours.

Our cafe will be closed July 4th, so we encourage people to picnic in the Rodin Sculpture Garden. There's plenty of shade, benches, picnic tables, and the largest collection of Rodin's bronzes outside Paris, plus 24 air-conditioned galleries inside.
