Genome Technology Club

This weeks speaker at the Genome Technology Club is Mark Zamoyski, Founder and CEO of NexGen Biomedical. He will talk about "Cell Cycle Synchronous Chemotherapy - Making anti cancer drugs curative".

Seminar Synopsis:

The Seminar combines molecular biology, mathematics, and cytokinetics of tumor growth, kill back, and regrowth to reveal why today's chemotherapy fails to cure most cancers. The seminar also identifies existing drugs and discloses how they can be used to prevent this failure and provide a potential "fast cure" for more than a third of today's cancers, including breast and prostate cancer.
