How many steps do you walk a day? Maybe you've heard about the recent guidelines for walking 10,000 steps a day. As little as 30 minutes of moderate physical activity will bring health benefits. In fact, any increase in your physical activity will help to improve your health.
This is a self-directed internet class with a step journal, a website, and weekly e-mails from your step coach. It's as easy as wearing a pedometer and recording your daily steps.
The orientation is free-of-charge and open to anyone. If you decide to participate in the 10 week program, the $25 class fee includes:
