The Grammy Award-winning Emerson String Quartet returns to Stanford for a sumptuous evening of chamber music delivered with elegance and panache. Renowned pianist and conductor of the Santa Rosa Symphony Jeffrey Kahane joins the gifted ensemble for their only West Coast performance of the stirring Brahms Quintet in F Minor. Eugene Drucker, violin; Philip Setzer, violin; Lawrence Dutton, viola; David Finckel, cello.
