Eric Racine, M.A. is a postdoctoral fellow with the Neuroethics Imaging Group at the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics. His Ph.D. dissertation (to be defended) under the direction of Professor Hubert Doucet (University of Montreal, Applied human sciences program Bioethics option) is a multi-site qualitative study of healthcare ethics committees in Quebec. He has published papers dealing with genomics and has served on Quebec's Science and Technology Ethics Committee. His present work focuses on ethical issues raised by neurotechnologies and on ways neuroscience could change how we conceive ethics.
