• Five Foot Feat is an inimitable dance theatre piece that will be performed one night only at Stanford's Pigott Theater as part of a multi-city international tour. Using live music, spoken text, able-bodied dancers and an amputee, the show focuses on three characters, each of whom faces some limitation or obstacle, and then undergoes a transformation.
• Five Foot Feat was created in the aftermath of Catherine Cole's amputation of her left leg due to cancer. The show premiered at the Center Stage Theater in Santa Barbara in 2001, and was revived in 2002, when it toured to Berkeley and New York City. The current tour begins in Vancouver, and includes, in addition to Stanford, appearances in Santa Barbara, Austin, and Minneapolis.
One performance only! Tickets are available at the door, or by reservation: mandana@stanford.edu">mandana@stanford.edu.
