Known for "melt in your seat" gorgeous music, the Prazak Quartet conveys the richness of classic Central European quartets. Their performances are saturated with impassioned authenticity and are emotionally dramatic, musically bracing, and deeply affecting. Their program honors themes of homeland, independence, and folklore by composers from their native Czech Republic--Dvorak, Janacek, and Smetana.
