Jake Shimabukuro, ‘ukulele with Steve Sano, slack-key guitar

"Jake's natural musicianship, powerhouse technique and infectious energy will open you up to a whole new world of musical experience."

-- Steve Sano

Hawai'ian 'ukulele master Jake Shimabukuro has dazzled audiences with everything from Beethoven to the Beatles, as well as jazz, blues, funk, and swing music. The effusive Shimabukuro shares the stage with Hawai'ian slack-key guitarist Steve Sano, who is also Stanford's director of choral studies. Honored by the Hawai'i Academy of Recording Arts, the two artists--together and solo--deliver superb musicianship and a delicious taste of island culture.
