The acclaimed Stanford Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble, directed by Murray Low, presents its Winter concert. The program will include Cuban son, Brazilian sambas and bossas, classic salsa, African-folkloric chants, modern jazz, and even spoken word rap, with works by Thelonious Monk, João Bosco, João Gilberto, Ruben Blades, Oscar D'Leon, Ray Baretto, and Felix Chappotin. | Note: This event has been moved to Campbell Recital Hall.
