Student Filmmaker's Workshop Info Meeting

The Student Filmmaker's Workshop is a year-long, student-run seminar in which participants learn the fundamental concepts of digital filmmaking. Students learn how to use a boom mic, lighting kit, and Sony TRV-900 mini-DV recorder. Participants also learn how to edit their movies using Final Cut Pro. During winter quarter, workshop members write, direct, and edit their own ten minute shorts. The completed films premiere at the SFS Stanford Student Film festival in May.
