Dr. Milani will address the history of modernity in Iran. Dr. Mottahedeh will address the role of Islam and specifically, Shiism, in contemporary Iranian history. Mr. Hoveyda will address US Foreign Policy and the War on Iraq and their combined impact on the future of Iran. Dr. Tabrizi will address the contemporary situation in Iran. Mr. Parsi will address the expatriate Iranian community's reaction, role, and participation with respect to the shape of the current Iranian situation.
