Tomboys: Stanford's Humorous Music Interpreters

Tomboys, Stanford's newest music group, presents a diverse selection of humorous vocal repertoire ranging from Tom Lehrer songs to the Queen of the Night Aria as you've never heard it before. The program includes lessons in chemistry, the periodic table elements, and in understanding women, as well as cameos by Carmen and Annie Oakley.

The songs included in our program range from musical theatre to opera, from movietunes to cabaret with composers such as Tom Lehrer, Franz Lehar, W.A. Mozart, Ben Moore, Georges Bizet, Irving Berlin, Stephen Schwartz, Stephen Foster, and everyone else in between. Come for the diverse repertoire! Come for the entertainment!
