Using Emotional Intelligence (EI) can increase the behavioral choices we have in any given situation. In this seminar, learn how to give and receive feedback effectively using the basic skills associated with EI:  the 5 levels of interpersonal communication elements that will help you:

We will hear how this learning mechanism can empower women to step into leadership roles.

Dikla Carmel-Hurwitz is an executive coach who specializes in high-performance leadership training. She is the founder of Ripple Effect Coaching and teaches organizational behavior courses and executive education programs at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

This seminar will start at 12 noon and is preceeded by a FAREWELL PARTY at 11:30am for Cherrill Spencer who has been on the planning group for WIS since it was founded 23 years ago. Join us for light refreshments in the lobby of the Kavli Auditorium.
