NAACP: Recounting Our Past, Chartering Our Future

Dinner discussion event with Johnny Spain on the current American politics and what Stanford students can do to effect change. Johnny Spain is an ex-Black Panther who spent time in the california prison system as a prisoner in Soledad and San Quentin among others. He is currently and activist and mentor with a youth group in oakland and professor of crimal law and justice. He has lectured at Cornell, Berkely, and Stanford and other universities.
