The Worldwatch Institute is one of the foremost environmental Non-Governmental Organization, producing the yearly "State of the World"volumes. Mr. Flavin is a regular co-author of this book, and has published multiple books on energy. He is active in international policy circles on energy and global climate change, has participated in international conferences, appeared on radio and television, and worked with governments, international agencies, and corporations.
