The Stanford Conference on Antitrust in the Technology Economy

This conference will focus on the application of antitrust law and policy to high technology industries and will bring together leading business leaders, academics, policy makers and antitrust practitioners to examine the critical issues that define high-tech antitrust. Among the topics to be covered are the interface between antitrust and intellectual property law, how the unique features of technology-driven markets affect legal and policy issues and what antitrust law and institutions must do to remain relevant in the face of rapid technological changes.
