A Conversation with Playwright SUZAN-LORI PARKS

Professor Harry J. Elam, Jr. (Drama) in conversation with the award winning playwright, SUZAN-LORI PARKS. A recipient of the 2002 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for her play TOPDOG/UNDERDOG, Parks' play IN THE BLOOD will be produced at Stanford March 2-6th. Her screenplay of the classic "Their Eyes Were Watching God" by Zora Neale Hurston premieres on television March 2nd. It is produced by Oprah Winfrey and stars Halle Berry.
