Estate Planning

This workshop provides insights into estate planning for incapacity, probate avoidance and estate tax reductions. You will gain familiarity with trusts, wills, durable power of attorney, advance health directives, discounted gifting programs and capital taxation. Real life examples will be used to enhance understanding of key concepts.
