Jorge Ruffinelli, professor of Spanish and Portuguese at Stanford, is a noted scholar of Latin American cinema whose projects include a comprehensive encyclopedia of Latin American film and a forthcoming book on Uruguayan cinema. This lecture will be given in Spanish.
