PBS Film Series "Strange Days on Planet Earth": Troubled Waters

Scientists suspect we have entered a time of global change swifter than any human being has ever witnessed. Where are we headed? What can we do to alter this course of events? National Geographic's Strange Days on Planet Earth is constructed as a high-tech detective story, narrated by actor Edward Norton.

Presented in collaboration with Physicians for Social Responsibility, Troubled Waters, the final film in the series, explores the impact we are having on our water systems around the world, and how this affects our health and the well-being of ecosystems. Please join us for a special preview of this film, which will be followed by a discussion with a panel of experts. This series will air on PBS April 20 and 27, 2005.
