CIFE Summer Program 2005 - Implementing Virtual Design and Construction in Practice

The objective of this class is to describe effective methods to implement VDC (Virtual Design & Construction), whether their VDC use is new or increasing. The class will offer guidelines and case examples how to plan and execute successful organizational development efforts for internal and partner organizations, including implementation strategies and processes, how to take advantage of social and psychological challenges to aid the process. We will also present specific suggestions and case examples of modeling and model-based management methodologies and strategies.
