Meditation for Self-Development

The Natural Path system of meditation is in essence, yoga of the mind, simplified to suit the modern life. By this practice of meditation, the mind gets regulated and the heart becomes purified, leading to a state of balanced living and eternal peace. You are cordially invited to attend a talk on "Meditation for Self Development". The natural path meditation practice and its unique features will be introduced during this lecture. Interested participants may sign up for practical sessions. There is no fee for the talk or the practice. All are welcome!
