Where are the Women Geoscience Professors?

Almost half of undergraduate Earth Science Majors are women, and women are as likely as men to receive a master's degree. They are less likely to receive a PhD, and even less likely to be employed in an academic position. This will be a discussion about what attracts all students into the geosciences, reasons for leaving the field, and strategies to retain women in the geosciences and academia.
