The Golden Years of Information Theory

The Information Systems Lab of the Electrical Engineering Department is launching an annual lecture to honor the academic influence of Prof. Thomas Kailath. This first Kailath Lecture will be delivered by Prof. Robert Gallager of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is part of a two-day symposium on topics of mathematical engineering.
