TECH BRIEFINGS: Kronos v5 Upgrade Demo

The Kronos v5 upgrade from v3.4 to v5 will occur on August 1. This briefing is to update and prepare those who have a desktop support role in schools and departments. All users of Kronos v5 will need Java v1.4.2_06, and the population of users is approximately 14,500. Desktop readiness requirements will be reviewed, with ample time for questions, and there will be a detailed demo of the online Timecard that employees will use to report time and/or leave, with a focus of helping end users resolve points of confusion regarding their online time and leave reporting. Project information is at http://kronos5.stanford.edu; end user materials are at http://kronostraining.stanford.edu.
