Seminar Lunch on GE Global Research

Cara Libby, a recent Stanford alumna, will be presenting an overview of GE Global Research on Thursday, July 21. The seminar will take place in Terman 556 from noon to 1pm, and lunch will be served courtesy of GE.

She will discuss GE's technology programs in Energy, Advanced Materials, Consumer Products, Transportation, Sensors, and Healthcare. In addition, she will share some of her personal experiences in transitioning from academia to industry. Cara received an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering two years ago.
