Stanford Advanced Project Management presents our semi-annual FAST TRACK TALK, an evening of sharing knowledge, networking, and having a timely discussion around topics of interest to project management professionals. This time around, we discuss Project Risk with a panel of Stanford Advanced Project Management alumni who will address some of the following issues: How do I manage risk in my organization? How do organizations define "risk?" Are "risks" explicitly different from "issues?” How do organizations deal with risk at the enterprise level?
