Health Improvement Program

PLEASE NOTE: This class consists of 2 sessions on 2/23 and 3/2

Imagine this...despite your uber-busy and demanding schedule, you miraculously have time to think about your present and future.  You have time to refresh and restore so you can do what you need to and want to do both at work and at home.

This program is a dream come true. It will provide time to gather your thoughts as you gather with Dr. Linda Hawes Clever and others to become aware of pressures and opportunities, reflect on and have conversations about them, and then make some plans and go into action. One of the best parts of the program is that it will be two, 75-minute sessions long. That is, you’ll sign up and come to both meetings so you can take the time for yourself. You actually will be able to discover, explore, test and solidify your plans. Topics will include basic principles of life, time wasters and time savers, making smart decisions and how to stay at the top of your game.

Instructor: Linda Hawes Clever, MD, a Stanford graduate and former Associate Dean of Alumni Affairs of the School of Medicine, is a member of the National Academy of Medicine. Over the last 20 years as founder and president of the non-profit RENEW, she has worked with faculty, staff, and graduate students here and elsewhere who want to maintain robust vitality, outlook and purpose.  She is author of The Fatigue Prescription: Four Steps to Renewing Your Energy, Health and Life.
