This session is intended for anyone in the general campus community interested in understanding options for obtaining help on information technology (IT) topics. Chris Lundin will demonstrate the new IT Self-Help Web site, along with hints for using the site. He'll also demonstrate tips and tricks on submitting requests into the HelpSU system.
