Robert A. Williams, Jr. is the Thomas Sullivan Professor of Law and American Indian Studies and Faculty Chair of the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona. The author of numerous books, he will be discussing his latest, "Like a Loaded Weapon"; The Rehnquist Court, Indian Rights, and the Legal History of Racism in America, to be published this fall by University of Minnesota Press.
