Anna Wittstruck conducts the Stanford Symphony Orchestra’s program featuring musical repertoire selected for its Cuba-Mexico tour, including Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, the electric Danzón No. 2 by Arturo Márquez, a Cuban rumba, and premieres of new works by Stanford faculty members Mark Applebaum and Giancarlo Aquilanti.
