The Healthy Kitchen team will repurpose some of our “tried and true” recipes and also introduce new creations in order to deliver you new healthy snack ideas. You will learn how to balance proteins and carbohydrates, and how to plan ahead for your weekly snacks at work and at home. Come prepared to taste test, and walk away with recipes!
